This class is for anyone interested in the art of how wool is made into something tangible. No experience is necessary and techniques of needle or wet felting will be used. Needle felting is a dry process and is generally used to make 3-D objects and we will make a small bird. Wet felting uses water, soap, and agitation to create a solid piece, and you will make a wallet, small vessel, or glasses case. The skills learned in this class will start you on your textile journey and might lead you to even making your mittens and hats! $15 supply fee due to the instructor on the day of class.
