Spring Gallery Art Happenings

Join us in celebrating our art rotation with new art, new artists, wine, and refreshments. Burnett Area Arts Group is excited about its continued success and in order to keep a fresh look to the Gallery, we have art rotations where artists bring in their latest creations. We want to show our appreciation for our customers and patrons by letting them have the first viewing. This is also a great chance to meet and chat with our many talented artists and enjoy wine and cheese along with coffee and sweets provided by Crosshatch Coffee.

Earth Arts Spring Tour

Friday, Saturday, Sunday

May 3, 4, & 5, 2024

10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Annual art crawl. Earth Arts unites artists and artisans in the upper St. Croix valley to promote creativity, mutual support and awareness of the arts. The members organize and promote special events such as the annual Spring Art Tour and Fall Salon Art Exhibition. Many Earth Arts members teach classes throughout the year.

Chalk It Up

Saturdays, June 8, July 6, & August 10, 2024

10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Create chalk art in the Northwest Passage Gallery parking lot. The chalk will be provided and three-foot squares (or larger) will be laid out on the asphalt. Everyone who completes a square with artwork will have their picture taken on site and emailed to them. There is no charge and Burnett Area Arts Group members will be on hand to advise and help.

Celebrating Burnett Area Art's 20th Anniversary as the Art Scene Up North!

Saturday, & Sunday

June 22 & 23, 2024

10:00 am – 4:00 pm

Annual event featuring art, food, raffle items (fundraiser for 2024 scholarship), and "make and take" art projects for $5:

Tie-dye T-shirts, bracelets, and alcohol ink cards. Great creative family fun.

Food supplied by Lucky8's Grill (gyros) on Saturday and A Wandering Fire (pizza) on Sunday.

Summer Art Camp

Monday - Friday, July 15-19, 2024

9:00 am - 3 pm

First annual Summer Camp (2023) was offered free to middle school aged children. Classes included linocut, macrame, origami, mixed media and monster making. 2024 classes will be published as they develop.
